Auction Services Associate Responsibilities
- Participation in the auction support;
- Transfer maintenance and documentation;
- Retrieving vehicles from off-site vendors;
- Training new associates;
- Scanning and reconciliation of the vehicle inventory;
- Undertaking sales via wholesale inventory auction system;
- Monitoring reclamation and distribution campaigns of the company;
- Customer service provision, together with customer support and dispute-solving arrangements.
Auction Services Associate Requirements
- High School degree;
- 2+ years of equivalent work experience;
- Knowledge of inventory operating processes;
- Expertise in car auction procedures;
- Solid inventory management skills;
- Multitasking, high-level communication skills;
- Stress resistance in the conditions of dynamic workflows;
- Experience of teamwork (great team player);
- The capability to maintain accurate records (cloud computing, online databases, management tools).
